Honoured artist of the Russia. Laureate of the State Prize of the USSR. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Graduated from the Odessa School of Arts and the State Institute named after V.I. Surikov in Moscow. Worked in Moscow. Since 1948 he was constant participant of artistic exhibitions. Works by Suzdaktsev are kept in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the Saratov Museum of Arts, the Sochi Museum of Arts, in the Odessa Artistic Museum of Russian Art, in galleries and private collections in Russia, Japan, the USA, England, Germany and Norway.
