Took part in exhibitions since 1946. A member of Artists’ Union of Russia since 1949. Honored artist of the RSFSR (1969). Had personal exhibitions in Gorky (1970), Nizhny Novgorod (1991), taught at the Gorky art school (1945-1947; 1979-1984). People's Artist Of Russia since 2000.
