Kachalski Stanislav Boleslavovich (1915–1995)
Talented Soviet artist. Famous for his landscapes and energetic portraits (especially, portraits of the workers). Industrial theme – is the central one in the artist’s work. Stanislav Kachalski graduated from the State Repin’s Art Institute (of the Academy of Fine Arts) in Leningrad. Lived and worked in the Southern Urals city of Cheliabinsk. Participant of many important art exhibitions in the country and abroad. Kachalski’s works preserved at the state art museums of the Urals.
