Prominent Russian artist, merited artist of Bashkortostan. Was born in the village Kananikolskoe, Zilairsky District of the Bashkortostan Republic. He studied at the Ufa Art College, worked as a drawing teacher after graduation. In 1958 he graduated from the faculty of painting of the State Art Institute in Tallinn, and from the same year he lived and worked in Ufa. He worked at the Ufa State Institute of Arts named after Zagir Ismagilov at the Department of painting, drawing and composition (1979-1982), then at the newly opened Department of painting since 1991. Since 1981 – a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Nazarov's works are presented in the state Tretyakov Gallery, Chelyabinsk and Yekaterinburg art galleries, Bashkortostan State M. V. Nesterov Art Museum, the Museum of Modern Art named after Nail Lutfullin.


    Fresh and vivid river scene on  the Volga is featiuring pieces of driftwood on the shore and fishermen boats aside. The painting is signed verso and bears inscriptions in Russian and English. This work is framed into a contemporary quality dark wooden frame  that provides a beautiful contrast with the a sunny scene on a painting.
