Russian painter. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Riga, Latvia, where he studied at the workshop of professor Ya. Tilberg. Since 1949 he participated in the Moscow, all-USSR, and all-republican exhibitions. His favourite genres are portrait and subject painting. He was awarded diplomas of the Moscow Union of Artists and the Moscow branch of the Art Fund of Russia, and a diploma from the Supreme Council of Latvian SSR. Kozlov's works are preserved at Pereslavl-Zalessky Art and History Museum, in the museums of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Art Fund of the Union of Artists of Russia, and the Museum of Academy of Arts in Riga, Latvia.
